Who I am

Self leadership for women.

Founder of Mom in Balance. Author of The Movement Mindset. Mother of four. And still, every day, a woman choosing herself, without giving anything else up.

I built a company while raising four children, and I know exactly how it feels to lose yourself in doing it all. The way back was never a grand plan. It was movement, and the honesty to look at what I actually wanted.

That is what The Movement Mindset is about. Not abstract theory, but what I lived: how you stay connected to yourself while you build a life that asks a lot of you. No excuses, just action, and never harsh.

If Esther can do it, so can you.

Her story

01

Discipline and a rich inner life

Early ambition, early responsibility. I always wanted more, and I always wanted to understand why.

02

Healthcare: life and death

Working in healthcare put me face to face with the question that never left me: what actually gives life meaning?

03

A bold leap to New York

I left what was safe. It taught me that a no is not rejection. It is direction.

04

Motherhood as a turning point

Becoming a mother didn't shrink my ambition. It sharpened it, and it started my mission.

05

From a small group to a global company

Mom in Balance began with a handful of women in a park. It grew into a company across countries, built on movement and connection.

06

Connector, leader, energizer

That is who I am. And it's what I bring to every stage, every coaching journey, every page of the book.

My mission

To help women become stronger in every life phase: physically, mentally and in the way they lead their own lives. Wisdom, warmth, strength, trust, elegance, leadership, bold.

That mission runs through The Movement Mindset book, the online course and every keynote.

Stay connected to yourself, and feel alive while living your wildest dreams.
