Work with me

1:1 coaching for women who choose themselves.

For the woman who read the book and knows the next step is hers to take. She just wants someone beside her while she takes it.

For you if

Who it's for

  • You're successful on paper and quietly exhausted underneath.
  • You want to build something bold without losing your family or yourself.
  • You feel a transition coming: career, motherhood, a new phase.
  • You know what you should do, and you're not doing it yet.

What changes

What it delivers

  • Clarity on what you actually want, not what is expected of you.
  • A movement routine that survives a full week, not just a good one.
  • Language and boundaries: a no is not rejection, it is direction.
  • Momentum you can keep after the trajectory ends.

How the trajectory works

A clear four-step path from first conversation to change that lasts.

  1. 01

    Intake

A free call of 30 minutes. Where are you, what is stuck, and is this the right fit?

  2. 02

    Reflect

We map what is actually yours: your energy, your values, the pattern you keep repeating.

  3. 03

    Move

Six sessions across three months, with movement as the thread and clear action between them.

  4. 04

    Anchor

We secure the change so it holds without me. Plus one follow-up after three months.

Practical

Coaching, in short

Who is the coaching for?

Women who are successful on paper and quietly exhausted underneath, who want to build something bold without losing their family or themselves, or who feel a transition coming: career, motherhood, a new phase.

How does the trajectory work?

It starts with a free 30 minute intake. Then six sessions across three months, with movement as the thread and clear action between sessions, followed by one follow-up after three months.

What makes Esther's approach different?

It is built on what she lived, not on theory: founding Mom in Balance while raising four children. Movement is part of the method, and the tone is direct, warm and never harsh.

How do I start?
