You can be EVERYTHING you are.

The five pillars

Every chapter builds on one of these five movements. Together they form the path back to yourself.

01

Reflect

Look inward before you move outward. Know what is actually yours.

02

Explore

Follow curiosity. Your gut feeling is not random. It is guidance.

03

Grow

Discomfort is the price of expansion. Take it on with a plan.

04

Move

Movement is the fastest route back to yourself. Daily, not perfect.

05

Connect

Stay connected to yourself, and surround yourself with women who rise.

From the book

An excerpt

For years I thought balance meant dividing everything evenly. A bit of work, a bit of family, a bit of me. What I got was three halves of a life and a woman who no longer recognised herself in the mirror.

Movement changed that. Not because it made me fitter, although it did, but because forty minutes of running is forty minutes in which nobody needs anything from you, and your own voice finally becomes audible again.

Your gut feeling is not random. It is guidance.
